Description of Service

Dextream provides a web-based service that allows users to broadcast and route live video feeds to multiple streaming platforms simultaneously.

Account Registration and Security

You retain all rights to the live video content you broadcast. However, you agree not to use Dextream to stream any content that:
Infringes on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.
Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or promotes hate speech.
Violates the Terms of Service of any target platform you are streaming to (such as the YouTube Terms of Service or Twitch Community Guidelines).

Third-Party Services

Our Service interacts with external live streaming platforms via their official APIs. You acknowledge and agree that Dextream is not responsible for the availability, policies, or operational changes of these third-party platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Dextream immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in activities that disrupt the Service infrastructure.

Limitation of Liability

Dextream is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from stream interruptions, service downtime, or loss of streaming data.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tunisia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
