Streaming & Integration Data: To facilitate multistreaming, we collect stream keys, channel tokens, and platform metadata required to transmit your live feeds to your connected streaming destinations (e.g., YouTube, Twitch, Facebook).
Technical Log Data: We log basic network and server event data necessary to ensure stable live stream routing and service performance

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data strictly to provide and maintain the Service, including to:
Authenticate your identity and secure your account access.
Route your live video streams to your selected destination platforms simultaneously.
Provide customer support and technical troubleshooting.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Dextream’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your stream keys and personal data. Your streaming credentials are encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You can revoke Dextream’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings page. To permanently delete your Dextream account and all associated streaming keys, please contact us at ⁠support@dextream.com⁠.
